This main-floor student unit is part of a three-unit building and is just a 20-minute walk from the uWindsor campus; close enough to be convenient, far enough to stay chill. The unit is unfurnished, so you can set it up your way, and it comes with the essentials: in-unit laundry, air conditioning, parking, and utilities included.

We’re currently two female students looking for two more female student roommates: one spot available ASAP (or September) and one starting in September. Everyone is pretty independent, but the place is social overall with friends over often and a relaxed, student-house vibe. We’re mainly just looking for easygoing people who need a solid place to live.
