This is a 3bd 1bth main floor rental right by Family Pet Hospital. It’s available July 1st and is owned by a great private landlord. Rent split between 3 people is about $660, including utilities. The damage deposit is a full months rent.
No smoking is allowed in the house or the surrounding private property. Laundry is included in the rental.
The third room that will go to our third roomie is not shown in the photos, but is about 105 x 155 inches big, with a decently sized west facing window and a small closet.
This rental was honestly really lovely at the viewing. Older style, with a huge kitchen and living room/dining room area and floor to ceiling window.
About the roomies
