I’ve lived in many apartments in the city, and I consider this one to be one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. High ceilings, open-concept kitchen, big bathroom with tub, central ac, in-unit washer / dryer, and access to outdoor space to sit and sip your coffee. Conveniently located right at a major intersection, you have access to all the streetcar lines: 506, 504, 505. Library is across the street, plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes just seconds outside of the building.

Hi! I’m Tam. I’ve lived in this apartment with my dog, Leo for over 2 years. I have recently gone through a breakup, which is why the second room is now free. I’ve become acclimated to living with another person, so I’d love to find the right fit and share this space together. I work freelance as a hospitality marketer / designer, and have a part-time job nearby. I spend a lot of time working on my computer, playing badminton, walking Leo, and enjoying a bubble tea from Boba Boy across the street. I’d love to share the space with someone who is equally low-key and busy, who enjoys casual conversation in our shared space, but also respects cleanliness, privacy and most importantly, dogs. :)
