The property owners live in a separate residence on the same property. My wife is a University of Alberta graduate and currently works as a Clinical Instructor at Grant MacEwan University. I am a business executive specializing in AI-driven business process management and digital transformation.

We are actively involved in our community and believe in helping others whenever we can. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for our tenants.

The main house is occupied by our daughter upstairs , a University of Alberta Master’s student, and our son downstairs , a NAIT student who is also pursuing pilot training. Both are focused on their studies and maintain a respectful, quiet, and mature household. Available room is upstairs.
