I’m renting out my spare semi furnished bedroom inside my 2 bedroom house as a share accommodations arrangement. Utility and Wifi is included with rent, and as for a Damage Deposit, I don’t fully believe in taking one, as it feels like it gives someone a safety net to damage my home, with out repercussion.

A little bit of the property. It is located in a older neighborhood just off of 118 Ave. It’s close by to a few major bus routes and few major stores. It’s a good area for students who are going to NAIT, Concordia, Grant MacEwan, or U of A, who is looking to save a little bit of extra cash. Also, I’m just a few blocks away from CommonWealth Stadium, so if you are a football fan, concert goer, or looking for a community recreation centre, then it’s a good place for you.

Little bit about myself. I’m a single white male who’s in his mid-forties. I work a regular 9-5 job, and have a side job that I do on the odd weekend. I’m quiet, and usually keep to myself, but I can be interactive. I enjoy board games, baking, and walking. I do have two cats who are friendly, but one of them can be a little brat at times, and usually never happy when he has to share space with another animal.
