I’m renting out my spare semi furnished bedroom inside my 2 bedroom house as a share accommodations arrangement. Utility and Wifi is included with rent, and as for a Damage Deposit, I don’t fully believe in taking one, as it feels like it gives someone a safety net to damage my home, with out repercussion.

A little bit of the property. It is located in a older neighborhood just off of 118 Ave. It’s close by to a few major bus routes and few major stores. It’s a good area for students who are going to NAIT, Concordia, Grant MacEwan, or U of A, who is looking to save a little bit of extra cash. Also, I’m just a few blocks away from CommonWealth Stadium, so if you are a football fan, concert goer, or looking for a community recreation centre, then it’s a good place for you.

Little bit about myself. I’m a single white male who’s in his mid-forties. I work a regular 9-5 job, and have a side job that I do on the odd weekend. I’m quiet, and usually keep to myself, but I can be interactive. I enjoy board games, baking, and walking.

The other roommates are my two male cats who are mostly friendly, but one of them can be a little brat at times, and usually disgruntle when he has to share space with another animal or when he has to share his room with a humanoid and you will find him sleeping in a spot you were just sitting (you have been forewarned). The other cat will start off shy, and will try and stay away from you, until he realize your another person that will give him treats, and to go outside. He can be a little bit overwhelming for attention at times, and can be a little pot-stirrer of annoying other animals to get their attention.
