This private room is in the middle upper level of the house. The main washroom is shared with the 2nd room listed. Shared shower for all 3 rooms. All updated appliances throughout the house. The large back deck is the entrance to the upper unit. Internet not included but already available at move in ($15) all other utilities are included. Pet deposit required if another fur baby is moving in. Room is not furnished and living room is partially. Lots and lots of room for your belongings! Im super chill and can move stuff around and not fixed to any certain layout. Theres lots of storage for skis, bikes, camping gear, art supplies and workout gear, whatever your hobby may be. The house is close to lots of amenities, food, library, rec center, groceries and BCL. 99B line is 1 minute walk, M train 10 minute walk and about 10 minute bus to Commercial Drive. No minimum but prefer long term.
Youd be sharing with myself, a 31 year old female. I work full time and only home when I am not at work. Otherwise ill be visiting with friends, painting or working on some kind of crafty things. I have a senior bunny rabbit but welcome to more pets. He is currently in the spacious living room but can be put in my room depending on if another pet is moving in. The other roomie has 3 cats. It sounds like alot but they are mainly in her room,out doors or just chillen. The 4 cohabitate well and would love a 3rd roomate that loves animals too. She is a waitress, super bubbly and friendly. We keep shared areas clean and spend a decent amount of time enjoying the sun in the yard. We are kinda intro/extrovert with a good balance between home time and getting dressed up to go out with our different friend groups. We do enjoy a kitchen chat, a drink, bbq or watching a movie with the house mates every once in a while.
Ive lived in all sorts of shared houses over the years, I can stick to myself and respect boundries but have made friends through the experiences too. All depending on the vibes! I just like a friendly, clean environment for everyone! 🙂 ✨️
