Please note that no additional storage space is available for extra furniture. The condominium is fully furnished. Parking is not included; however, parking is available for an additional cost of $60 per month. A key fob deposit of $50 is required for building entrance access. If parking is requested, an additional $50 deposit is required for the garage door opener. Proof of income and employment is required, such as pay stubs from the previous three months. The room is intended for one person only. Limited visitors are permitted. No parties, pets, smoking, or loud music are allowed. Cooking foods with strong odors should be avoided. The room mate is expected to be clean, neat, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in shared/common areas. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No loud television or noise is permitted after this time.

The other roommate is 32 year old female who works full time Monday to Friday. She enjoys drawing and painting in her free time and she has a quiet, creative lifestyle. She is respectful, clean and considerate of shared living spaces
