SHORT TERM RENTAL - Must love dogs. This lovely room is in a 2 bedroom ground floor of a house that I have rented for 6.5 years. I’m an older woman seeking a female room mate for the next 4 months and maybe beyond. Utilities are shared between us and the 2 tenants in the basement suite - so 4 ways. Close to Comosun, short bike ride to UVIC, close to bus routes - lovely location on Oak Bay Border. House is very retro. We share the kitchen and living/dining room but both of our bedrooms are at either end of the house so very private. No smoking (of any kind), no parties, no loud music or late night gamers. This is a very quiet house.

I am an older female and have rented this ground floor of the house for 6.5 years. I’ve had a room mate for the past year but she has moved out to be closer to her work. The suite downstairs is separate entirely from the upper and is occupied by two working females. My dog is big and young and very very friendly - but it’s important to be a true dog lover as we share this space with him.
