Depending on your preference, we can arrange either a sublet until July 31 or a lease transfer (lease assignment). The room is available from June 24 onward. If you choose the sublet option, it would run until July 31, 2026. However, the room will remain available after that date, and there is the possibility of renewing the lease or signing a new agreement directly with the landlord if you wish to stay longer. The room is located in a second-floor apartment with 4 bedrooms. Currently, two female roommates live in the apartment. The apartment includes: ✔️ Fully equipped kitchen ✔️ 1 shared bathroom ✔️ Furnished common areas ✔️ Quiet and comfortable living environment I can also leave bed sheets and pillows if needed.
