About the room

Hello!! I am looking to rent out 2 rooms in my home, they come with there own private bathroom and complete privacy, both are on the top floor in the home. I have a dog and 3 cats that are all very friendly but will defend you if need be :)

I have 2 daughters age 13 and 4 that live with me 90% of the time so id prefer female roommates only. Will consider discount for a group of 2, if you have children that will be great! no couples 1 person per room.

I tried mentioning everything but the home has other amenities, just no parties and no pets, got to many animals already.

About the roomies

Myself and my 2 daughters live here, I have a split custody and they would be at there moms house on the weekends and whatnot. 4 pets, a dog and 3 cats
