No alcohol. No drugs. No outside shoes to be worn inside, clean slippers w socks, or indoor only running shoes. Max 10 min showers 15 min total bathroom time. No Laundry on-site, laundry mat in town.

Active Farm. Heavy machinery working. No smoking. Tennant/Guests Stay at own risk. Guest may use front yard, beside driveway to sit outside, rest of property is off limits. Keep out. No hunting, trapping, fishing or target shooting for tenant/guest.
