HOMESTAY AVAILABLE: large fully furnished room (tv, study desk, king size bed). $1200 per month ready for july 1st- includes rent, all bills and all dinner meals. This is a quiet house - not a social house. With myself and always 3 others. Im located in new Westminster in Sapperton - great for douglas students. We are close to the skytrain and lots of amenities in the area. If you need a nice quiet; clean environment and not have to worry about bills and groceries then maybe you will find my house fits your needs. No couples - no pets.
