It’s right next to Univeristy of Waterloo, most importantly, theres a window for everyone! usually these places do the one window and one tv sort of rooms, but this ones got windows in both! internet is 20 a month, and untilities average 100 ish usually. i have a ps5 set up so youre more then welcome to use it if you want

It’s just me right now, trying to find someone to live together in order to cover rent, i dont smoke or drink, and i sleep around 10 and wake up at around 6. i really like cooking! so if thats something you dont want to do i can cook for the both of us.
