Beautiful house in a lovely neighbourhood. Shared townhouse with two apartments (ground floor and first floor, each with a separate entrance). Bathroom will be shared with 2 other people. 3rd person has own en-suite. You’ll be living near Fraser Street, and Main Street is only a 10-minute walk away. The nearest SkyTrain station is King Edward Station, just 5–8 minutes away by bus (#25), depending on traffic. No Frills is a 5-minute walk away, the liquor store is 2 minutes away, and Save-On-Foods is a 15-minute walk away. There are also many cafés and restaurants nearby.

You will be sharing the house with three others: a woman from New Zealand, a man from England, and myself from Germany. We are all between 29 and 34 years old. We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s watching movies, having a few beers, hosting friends, or doing activities like hiking and snowboarding. The ideal roommate is sociable and doesn’t mind a lively household from time to time. That being said, we are always respectful and considerate of one another and make sure everyone feels comfortable in the house.
