Hello! We’re looking for a third roommate to join our new home!

- Just finished being newly renovated
- Has in-suite laundry
- New stove that has a built in air fryer
- Plenty of street parking available
The Area:
- Located within the lovely Cambie Village area
- A short 5 minute walk to a bus stop that goes directly to the UBC exchange loop (approximately 33 minute ride)
- Within walking distance of Choices, Safeway, No Frills
- Surrounded by parks and public outdoor areas
- 5 minute walk to Cambie Street
- 25 minutes to Downtown Vancouver using transit
About the roomies
There are two of us who will also be moving into the unit throughout August, so this is a great chance for three of us to create this new space together! We are both female students starting our undergrads at UBC this fall. One of us is 18, and the other is 21. We are looking for someone who wants to join a friendly environment and hang out while also being responsible and keeping up a peaceful and cozy home environment.
We are both pretty quiet and easy going, and very into media like movies, gaming, music, and reading. We also share a love of nature and going on walks, hiking, and exploring new areas!
We also have a secret third roommate… Mylo the cat! Unfortunately, we can’t take any more pets because of Mylo, but if you love animals he is a great and friendly bonus to the space :)
