Walking distance to the University and OVC. Bus stop across the street to downtown and bus stop at the corner direct to UofG. House is well maintained and has good outdoor space. Prefer someone who does not require parking. Common areas furnished, room is not.

House would pair well with OVC upper year student or working grad (1.5 kms away), masters level sciences or agricultural/plant interests.
