Completely newly renovated basement bedroom suite with an ensuite two-piece bathroom and walkin closet/storage space. Newly furnished. Shower and spacious kitchen (equipped for light cooking), and a large tiled step-down shower to be shared with one other working professional (currently renting the other suite). Looking for a compatible tenant. Renting to one person only. Own refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer.

Near Dundas and Highbury. Good neighbourhood, central to cafes, restaurants, fast food venues, local market, boutiques, and within a fast-growing entertainment and recreational hub.
