About the room

Fully furnished Cobourg bedroom in a shared house. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient for someone new in town for a work placement.

My current roommate is awesome and I am really taking my time to find someone compatible. I keep a home in Cobourg for family reasons but (unless there is an emergency) I generally stay over just a few times a month. So you would mostly be sharing the 3 bedroom home with just one female roommate.

Bright 2nd floor bedroom. Share upstairs 3 piece bathroom and main floor powder-room washroom. Good wifi. Laundry included. Living with the owner means no drama over sharing bills with roommates.

Parking available but this location is very walkable. 6 minutes to the beach and groceries. 10 minutes to VIA rail.

No pets, children, smoking or parties. Looking for a roommate who prefers a safe and calm place to live. Can discuss it if you need an occasional overnight guest but this room is not for a couple.

About the roomies

Retired male teacher (gay). I need a place in Cobourg for family reasons but currently don’t need to stay over very often. Recent university graduate (female) new to Cobourg. Very busy and considerate.
