The apartment is just a 10-minute walk to TMU and is conveniently located near College Subway Station and the 506 Streetcar, with easy access to major internship offices throughout the city. The space includes fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace setup, and laundry facilities in the building. Situated in a safe, student-friendly neighborhood, the rent is $1,430/month plus approximately $50–80 in utilities (flexible). Flexible move-in dates can also be discussed.
