About the roomies
Welcome to our clean, quiet, and respectful home! Currently, three people reside in the home: two people occupy the basement unit and one female university student who also works full-time in an upstairs bedroom. We are all working quiet professionals and or students. The home features two full bathrooms. The basement bathroom is used by the basement occupants, while the upstairs bathroom is designated for the upstairs tenant(s). At present, it is shared only with the current female university student. Rent includes laundry access once per week, as well as access to the shared main-floor kitchen for meal preparation and cooking. We value a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment and are looking for a tenant who will be a great fit for the the home.
