Large, bright bedroom on the ground floor of a lovely old house in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature. Big sunny deck and a large garden outside, located seconds from the water (on Spryfield’s NW arm), perfect for hiking, swimming, biking, and paddle boarding with so many trails and parks nearby!

Rent includes hydro and heat; internet and electricity not included. Free parking and an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Nicely renovated kitchen with lots of storage and relatively new appliances. Big living room and dining area filled with plants (more are always welcome!), and a very cozy, home-y energy overall.

Flexible move-in date (Aug 1st, mid-Aug, or Sept 1st). Yearly lease beginning in Sept with option to renew.

I am a working professional (counselling therapist), age 30. I love nature, swimming, hiking, gardening, reading, singing, cooking, and all things outdoors! I am a social introvert - I love my alone time but I’m often happy to watch a movie or share a drink on the back deck at the end of the day. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and am very respectful towards others’ needs within a living space. The best fit would be someone who is a similar age/life context, who aligns on these values and would like a roommate they can get along great with as well :)
