The bedroom is unfurnished. Rent: $750/mnth (furniture in pic available for an additional cost)
Utilities (Wi-Fi and electricity) are billed separately each month. Heat and water are included. Free washer and dryer are available in the building basement.
The apartment is conveniently located next to Sobeys, Atlantic Superstore, bus stops, and several restaurants. It’s close to Dalhousie Sexton Campus, with reasonable access to Dalhousie Studley Campus and SMU, and only about 10 minutes from Spring Garden Road.
