• Location: Bonnycastle Street (Queens Quay East & Bonnycastle St - Monde Condos).
• Rental Terms: Off-lease roommate – Rent and utilities will be paid to Maria via Interac. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. 6 months minimum then month to month (optional). First and last months’ rent is required before move in date and to bind the agreement.

I’m female, I am generally quiet & I’d prefer a roommate who is friendly, respectful and keeps the unit common spaces clean & tidy. I do yoga, painting, cook often & spend a lot of time at home.
