Son emplacement est stratégique pour se déplacer facilement dans la ville : il se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied du métro (ligne orange) et des arrêts de bus, et à un arrêt de la correspondance avec la ligne verte. Il est également situé à 5 minutes de la rue Notre-Dame, où vous trouverez de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants.

La chambre est spacieuse et très lumineuse. Elle comprend :

• Un lit double avec rangements intégrés et matelas ;
• Une table de chevet ;
• Un bureau ;
• Une commode ;
• Deux lampes ;
• Une armoire intégrée dans le mur ;
• Un protège-matelas ;
• Une housse de couette ;
• Des rideaux ;
• Des boîtes de rangement.

L’appartement comprend également une grande cuisine équipée, une salle de bain, un salon, ainsi qu’une laveuse et une sécheuse. Vous partagerez l’appartement avec deux autres colocataires.

Loyer : 594 $ par mois, plus les charges (wifi et hydro).

Les meubles de la chambre ont été achetés neufs il y a moins de trois ans et sont en très bon état. Leur prix neuf total était de 1 700 $. �Priorité aux personnes intéressées par la reprise des meubles, vendus ensemble pour 850 $ + 100 $ pour tous les autres meubles présents dans l’appartement (300 $ au total à partager avec les autres colocataires). I am looking for a female roommate to take over my furnished room starting July 9th.

The apartment is located on Rue Saint-Antoine Ouest, in the Saint-Henri neighborhood, a vibrant and pleasant area. Its location is ideal for getting around the city: it is just a 3-minute walk from the metro (orange line) and bus stops, and one stop from the connection to the green line. It is also 5 minutes from Rue Notre-Dame, where you will find many shops, bars, and restaurants.

The room is spacious and very bright. It includes:

• A double bed with built-in storage and mattress;

• A bedside table;

• A desk;

• A chest of drawers;

• Two lamps;

• A built-in wardrobe;

• A mattress protector;

• A duvet cover;

• Curtains;

Storage boxes are included.

The apartment also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a washer and dryer. You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates.

Rent: $594 per month, plus utilities (WiFi and hydro).

The bedroom furniture was purchased new less than three years ago and is in very good condition. Its total new price was $1,700. Priority will be given to those interested in taking over the furniture, which is being sold together for $850 + $100 for all other furniture in the apartment ($300 total to be shared with the other roommates).

You will be sharing the apartment with two other girls. The first is in her twenties. She came to Montreal to improve her French. Currently, she is taking French classes and working from home. She is a calm and discreet roommate, very pleasant to talk to, but she won’t encroach on your personal space. As for the third roommate, the one who occupied the room this year is leaving at the end of the summer, so the room is not yet occupied by a new roommate.
