I’m renting a furnished room in a two bedroom apartment located Downtown at 103 ave and 105 st. 5 min walk to MacEwan and Bay Enterprise LRT stations & many bus stations that go to UofA. Right in front of Rogers arena, and very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, etc. The price is $989 (includes water, internet, electricity and heating). Shared kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave), dining room, living room, bathroom, balcony and in site laundry. You will share the space with a female professional. Bike storage available.
Available on August 1st OR September 1st, if needed.
6 month lease with possibility of extension. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Damage deposit is $989. Any student, visitor student, post doc or full time worker that wants to live in a clean and tidy place is welcome.
