Beautiful Room + Private Bath – Near Appleby GO (Burlington) Available: July 1st, 2026 Rent: $1,450 / month (All-Inclusive – Open to slight flexibility for an exceptional fit) Terms: First and last month’s rent required.

Bonus Living Space: You will have access to half of the large downstairs recreation room as an extra private lounge or study space! It currently features a comfortable accent chair, with additional furnishings (couch, coffee table, and end tables) being added this month. It can easily be sectioned off with a room divider for your own privacy. (Note: The other half of the room is used for quiet, temperature-controlled tech equipment storage).
