Private furnished basement unit available in a 4br house, includes bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The unit is available immediately, but I’m willing to hold for later move-in with deposit. Shared kitchen and large fenced-in backyard backyard, but you will have your own storage and cabinet space. All utilities, internet, laundry, and parking for one car is included (possible 2nd space available for additional fee). Pet friendly.

The house is located near stops for the 19, 31, and 9 bus routes for easy transit; one bus commute to Western. It is walking distance to the shopping centre at Hyde Park and Fanshawe Blvd (Walmart, Canadian Tire, LCBO, etc) and Unger’s Market. Lots of green space nearby, including Coronation Park and Hyde Park Village Green.

House is shared with person (49f), and occasionally my two sons when they are home from university.
