The apartment is clean, brand new, with a fully furnished kitchen, on-site coin laundry, and just one roommate: me. (first two photos are generated.)

MOVE-IN DATE: July 1st (can be flexible) PRICE: $1,000/month All Utilities Included

Not included: Internet ($50/month), parking, bedroom furniture Furniture option: Can provide a desk, mattress, and chair for an extra $100/month

LOCATION: Bathurst St & Harbord St RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent paid to me. There will be a written roommate agreement.

LEASE: I have an RTA-protected lease signed with the landlord. The lease term is 12 months, from July 1st, 2026 to July 1st, 2027, with an option to extend.
