The location is an absolute commuter’s dream—super close to UPEI, Holland College, and downtown, and just a short walk from Bus Stops 1, 2, and 5. For three weeks out of the month, it will just be the two of us. One week a month, my dad visits for his work as a podiatrist; he is incredibly quiet, keeps entirely to himself, and though he brings a dog with him, the dog is well-behaved and won’t be in your close proximity. This spot is perfect for a student or working professional who values a tidy, peaceful home. I am a second-year Chemistry student at UPEI with a minor in Physics. Between my studies and working two jobs, I keep a pretty busy schedule, so I really value having a peaceful, relaxing home environment to return to. I am exceptionally quiet, respectful of personal boundaries, and very clean and organized, especially when it comes to shared living spaces.
