About the room
Its a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse at Greenwood Commons starting July 1st (available through at least May 2027). Most classes at UBC are a 10-15min walk or you can take the bus which is 2 bus stops away from the UBC bus loop. The open space is a private second-floor bedroom with a bathroom right outside that would be shared with just one other person. The apartment is furnished, and the bedroom itself includes a bed frame and a desk. Rent is currently $1,380/month plus utilities.
About the roomies
To give you a bit of background on us, I just finished my 3rd year studying Statistics at UBC, and Julian just finished his 3rd year in Computer Science. We are both quiet, relatively tidy, and mostly keep to ourselves. We also don’t drink or smoke, so we are ideally looking for a male roommate who fits in well with that kind of laid-back, focused environment.
