Hey there. I’m looking for a roommate to team up with for a 2-bed, 2-bath place I have in mind near Plaza Station. The whole apartment is 948 sq ft, and it’s available for an August move-in.

The location is super convenient—it’s only a 7-minute bus ride to the U of M, with easy access to the Blue Line and the Pembina strip. It’s also well within reach of all the major shopping areas around here.

The building itself has some nice perks like keyless entry, a gym, a lounge, and community gardens.

The actual apartment has central AC, a patio/balcony, a dishwasher, and its own washer and dryer so we don’t have to deal with communal laundry.

As for the layout, I’ll be taking the master bedroom (120.5 sq ft), which has the ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is 115.7 sq ft, and you would have the bigger bathroom all to yourself right across the hallway. Hydro should run between $70–$120 (with $120 being the higher end during the winter), which we’ll split.

A little about me: I’m a full-time student during fall/winter and work part-time as a merchandiser. I try my very best to always be approachable and friendly. I try to keep a pretty consistent routine when possible, but I’m always down for a good chat and trying new things, whether that’s food, activities, or music, or just keeping things chill and respectful around the place.

What I’m looking for: Ideally, someone calm, responsible, clean, and easy to talk to. I really want someone who brings good energy and is just interested in having good vibes around the apartment—not just respecting the shared spaces, but respecting people in general.
