Students and young professionals welcome. Shared kitchen, two bathrooms, spacious comfy living room, treed front and back yards with bbq and fire pit. Centrally located in the GTA (see map pic). Walk 2 minutes to TTC bus + 20 min. to York University, or 7–10 minutes to transit hub — Finch Subway, regional transit (GO, Viva/York Region) and airport shuttle. Close to Centerpoint Mall, Fit4Less gym, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, Asian, Persian and European markets. Very safe neighbourhood day and night. Price includes utilities, internet, laundry, dishes, linens, bicycle. Parking is $60 or free with 3+ months stay.
