About the room
Looking to rent out a small bedroom in a newly built Townhouse near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Move in date would be starting July 1.
House: The secondary bedroom is available on the second floor. The bathroom is shared with the tenant on the main floor. The rooms is brightly lit facing the south and they can be furnished with a bed and table. You will be mainly sharing the kitchen and living/dining area, there is a new washer and dryer available for use. The third floor hosts a private rooftop deck, great for BBQ and getting sun and views.
Location: 10 min walk to the VMC Subway Station, near YRT/Viva transit, 407 and 400. Right beside an IKEA, near Walmart, Costco, Cineplex and many other restaurants and shops.
Price: $1100 per room, 3 tenants will be splitting utilities. Fiber internet is provided.
About the roomies
We have two male working professionals, one goes to the office to work, the other is a hybrid worker. No smokers please.
