Hi! I’m looking for a clean, respectful housemate who loves dogs to share a spacious detached home in a peaceful Nepean neighbourhood. The available space is a large, bright lower-level bedroom with built-in closets, a queen-size bed, and a private attached bathroom. I share the house with my two dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around furry roommates! They’re both friendly, affectionate, and always happy to say hello ( a bit too happy), but they’re generally pretty relaxed once they know you and spend most of their time napping, supervising from a comfy spot, or hanging out in the backyard. I work from home most days and enjoy a quiet, low-key lifestyle. I’m friendly and always up for the occasional chat, but I also respect people’s space and appreciate having some downtime to myself. I am a smoker (no cannabis) and only smoke in the yard or on my balcony. I like to keep the house clean and tidy (you could say I’m a little particular about it!), so I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their living space and is considerate of shared areas. While you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs, I’m not able to accommodate additional pets, including visiting dogs, as my two already rule the roost. Overall, it’s a calm, comfortable home, and I’d love to find a housemate who’s a good fit for that vibe. 😊🐶🐶So, Women 40+ and Friends of Dorothy who are not allergic to cigarette smoke could potentially be a better fit.
