Hi people! I’m looking for subletting my room. Between 7th of October and 22nd of December.

We have all of the basic needs you will need like, laundry on-site, a food market, a bus stop a block away, and a Skytrain within a 5-10 min walk from Renfrew SkyTrain station. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to a lot of places like parks and community centers.

Rent is 700$/month + utilities + internet which usually comes to 800~$ more or less.

Room is furnished.

We are looking for someone who’s respectful and tidy. Both of us are working and this place is a home where we can recover and restore some energy, so we are trying to keep it clean and easy to live in. Communication is always a key and we are trying to make sure that we are going to live comfortably with each other. The house have some issues with noise, the walls are thin and the heater is getting noisy when working, so we are trying to keep things quiet after 10-11 and the heater is just something to get used to. Landlord live upstairs and sometimes you can hear them too, so keep that in mind.
