Sharing space in a 1100sq ft hard loft with 11ft ceilings. The space is open concept housing comfortable seating in the kitchen with a large island, full size appliances, stocked essentials ideal for baking or cooking. The living area has 1 love seat sofa, a 9x9 ft sectional and 60“ TV.

The room has a large closet, queen size bed, large dresser, small desk and personal TV which allows for mirroring or adding apps or IPTV for your viewing needs. If you are in need of a space that is a calm retreat this cozy space could be the sanctuary you need from a long day.

Im currently in the process of choosing new soft colours, simplifying the space, and also reconfiguring the ensuite laundry with new appliances. There is also a small, clean laundry for large bedding items as well.

The area has some colour and access to many amenities, the bentway, library, stacked, farmboy, nightlife hub of king and portland, waterworks eatery and park, newly opened vibe filled coffee shops or traditional Starbucks are local, with your choice of the ymca or goodlife gym, are steps away.

Im a very easy going relaxed calm person who is respectful, trustworthy and very personable. I have a quiet demeanor at home, yet adaptable as an ambivert its easy to be expressive talkative when engaged in conversation.

I live with a doberman. He seeks to befriend all roommates and make them his bestie. Although particular his needs are low maintenance.

Through fostering communication and goodwill I have kept in contact with majority of my roommates and many have become long term friends through life milestones and opportunities. I aim to develop roommates into friendships whenever possible as an ongoing theme.
