Sharing space in a 1050sq ft open concept hard loft with 2 bdrm, 1 bath. The space has 11ft ceilings and a lot of space for lounging The space is open concept. kitchen with a large island, full size appliances, stocked essentials ideal for baking or cooking. The living area has 1 love seat sofa, a 9x9 ft sectional and 60“ TV.

The room has a large closet, new queen size bed with a medium-medium firm mattress, large dresser, small desk and personal TV which allows for mirroring, apps or IPTV. A cozy space with a south facing view.

Currently in the process of choosing soft colours and reconfiguring the ensuite laundry as I have new appliances. There is also a small, clean laundry in the building for large comforters.

Situated for total convenience, its a 10 mins walk to Stacked, Farmboy and the Bentway. The nightlife of King St, Waterworks Eatery and park, with recently opened coffee shops or traditional Starbucks are steps away as is Goodlife Gym or the YMCA pool.

My previous roommates have been professionals and mostly engineers, -with dry humour. Longest stay was 5 yrs with an average of 2-2.5yrs.

Im a very easy going relaxed, calm person who is respectful, trustworthy and very personable. I have a quiet demeanor at home, yet adaptable as an ambivert and can be talkative when engaged in conversation. Come fall I will be a student and my focus will be on work and studying. My co-pilot is an older doberman who is low maintenance overall. He seeks to befriend all roommates and make them his bestie.

I have kept in contact with majority of my roommates and many have become long term friends through life milestones and opportunities. I aim to develop roommates into friendships whenever possible as an ongoing theme.
