It’s a regular size room in a basement, it has its own closet, can rent with bed frame and a six drawers dresser, has AC and heater, a small window that can be opened for ventilation, shared common areas, personal small fridge in the kitchen, laundry in unit and shared backyard with the upstairs neighbours, parking available. 3 minutes walk to bus stop, two bus stops from Sheppard Yonge station and Go bus to Pearson airport, 15 minutes bus trip to Sheppard West Station, short walk to Earl Bales Park.

We’re a couple that’s been together for quite a long time, we have three cats, they’re quiet and well behaved, we’re very clean and quiet, don’t smoke and are full time workers, my wife works from home, we love music, good food and bike rides.
