Quiet, private room with ensuite. May have another room available, with shared bathroom. Shared kitchen. Shared cleaning. Shared tv, but no cable. Internet included. No partying, no drugs, prefer non smoker. No pets. Family friendly neighborhood.

I travel back and forth. Other persons in past have been quiet and respectful. Very energy usage conscious and want mindful people who use laundry wisely, shut off lights while not in room and not use plug in heaters. Future utility costs may be split for more mindful usage.
