Between my room and the room I’m renting is the living room which has a decent sized TV and ps5. Small bathroom across from my room and next to the front door. Rent is 1632.58 ÷ 2 = 816.29 each and internet which is $56 a month so $28 each. It is right across from metro and right above popeyes and dairy queen and a a bus stop that goes right to st lawrence college

My roommate was attending st lawrence college like myself but he is moving out in the a month or 2 to live with his partner. I have my son on weekends, however we spend most of this time together fishing outdoors. It is a quiet and clean space, I have one fixed male cat who is not even 1 year old yet.
