Hi- I work a lot mostly day shift and some weekends. I’m a non smoker and do not use cannabis. Would prefer the same in a roommate I love cats- but don’t have any at this time. My 2 sons are grown and on their own. I Enjoy the river valley trails and the gym on my down time. Like going to Oilers and Elks games. The building is quiet and friendly and 15 min drive to west end, U of A, south common. Right off Anthony Henday and close to Whitemud Drive. Looking for someone who is perhaps needing short term housing for the semester or maybe a long term roomie. Pretty open.
