The room is very close to Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s University making it an ideal location for students. The apartment is also relatively cheap compared to other locations with rent being under $1000 per month. The apartment is 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom along with a full kitchen/pantry and a shared living room.
