Looking for a great place to live near UBC? We have two rooms available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at Verve in Wesbrook Village, brand new in 2025.

The available rooms share a bathroom and are perfect for students looking for an affordable and comfortable living space. The apartment’s common areas are fully furnished, including the living room and dining space, while the bedrooms are unfurnished. The unit also comes with in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, and a large sunny balcony.

Getting to class is easy, with walking and biking paths or hopping on the 49 bus that runs down Westbrook Mall. Convenient shopping at Westbrook Village, with Save-On-Foods and other essentials only a few minutes away on foot or a quick bus ride.

Hi! I’m Cameron, a 19-year-old male UBC student going into my third year of Biology. I’m a tidy, respectful, and easygoing roommate who values a clean and comfortable living space.

A big part of my life is academics, and I spend a good amount of time studying during the semester. That said, I also try to maintain a good balance between work and other activities with my friends. Outside of classes, I’m very active and love spending time outdoors. Some of my hobbies include going to the gym, playing sports, hiking, surfing, kayaking, and backpacking whenever I get the chance.

I’m looking for two roommates who are clean, considerate, and friendly. It would be great to live with people who are focused on their studies but also enjoy getting out, being active, and experiencing something new.
