Private Room for Rent – $850/month + Utilities Nelson Street, Coquitlam Available from July 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027, but if you’d like to move in earlier, we can arrange that since the room is currently empty.

• Will be setting up a new desk and chair from IKEA before move-in — so everything will be fresh and ready for you (table & chair in pics are mine and won’t be included)

• The kitchen includes all the necessary utensils, oven, microwave, ninja air fryer, ninja blender, dishwasher, refrigerator and etc.
