She occasionally accesses the basement and may rarely have an accident. I manage this closely with a dog gates and regular cleaning, but you must be comfortable living around dogs. If you want to spend time with Willow, that is a great bonus! House Expectations: Environment: Quiet, low-key home. Not compatible for someone who usually has guests or parties. Habits: No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol anywhere on the premises. Cleanliness: All spaces must be kept tidy after use. Garbage/recycling goes out Sunday nights. Maintenance: Pest extermination costs will be shared if pests occur due to uncleanliness. Quiet Hours: Observed daily, particularly in the evenings.
