Hi Girls I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a furnished townhome near St Laurent from July to December, with a possible extension after that. The home is already furnished with everything you need, the only thing you’d have to bring is whatever makes your room feel like yours! I have a queen sized bed and mattress you can purchase at fee. No smoking, just looking for someone peaceful, clean, friendly, respectful and responsible. $800/month including all utilities (Laundry, Heater, Wifi, Hydro, etc.) 2 mins from St Laurent, 10 mins from La Cité, UOttawa and downtown Ottawa. 13 mins by car from Algonquin College. Perfect for students and professionals. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE JULY 1ST, going through December with a possible extension if it’s a good fit.
