Hi everyone! I’m moving to be closer to work and am looking for someone to take over my room starting in July or August.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The location is super convenient the room gets lots of natural light throughout the day.

A few details:

• Private unfurnished room • Bright room with a large window • Small walk-in closet!! • Shared kitchen and living room • In-house laundry (no coins needed) • Two washrooms shared among four girls • Living with other female students (tidy and friendly)

The house is within walking distance of UofT, TTC, groceries, cute cafes, restaurants and pretty much everything you need day to day.

Rent is $1,280/month. Utilities are included; internet is separate.

The current lease runs until the end of August but the landlord would ideally like someone interested in staying longer and signing a lease beginning September 1.

You’d be living with other female students. Everyone is respectful and has their own routines. It’s more of a calm, independent student household where people do their own thing but share common spaces comfortably.
