Looking for someone to take over a lease for a private bedroom (fully furnished) in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Located on Tower road, very close to SMU and DAL, and other bus stops and amenities. The address is 777 tower road.

Available from July 1 onwards, Rent per month is $937.5 per month which includes heating. WiFi and Electricity is separate.

The ideal person would be someone who’ll be responsible for the house and their room, and likes to keep things clean and tidy. You’ll be sharing a kitchen and a bathroom (pictures attached), so being mindful of that will help.

We’ve been tenants at this house for multiple years, we’re currently 2 males and 1 female (previously 2 males and 2 females).

We are 3 people, two males and one female (previously two females and two males). We’ve known each other for a while now, we’re quite friendly and social and love to meet new people. We are also working full time and quite responsible for the house as well.
