Hi everyone! My name is Brie, and I’m an incoming Master’s student at UBC. We’re looking for an individual or couple to join our shared 6-bedroom house starting July 1.

The available space is a large basement suite-style room with its own private entrance, direct access to the backyard, and lots of natural light. It’s much bigger than a typical room rental and has enough space to comfortably set up separate sleeping, living, and study areas, so it feels more like a small apartment within the house.

The house is near 4th and Tolmie, about a 10-minute bus ride to UBC.

About the roomies

We’re a group of upper-year students and graduate students who enjoy having a friendly, community-oriented home. Everyone has their own schedules and commitments, but we like knowing our housemates, chatting in the kitchen, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The household is primarily made up of women and nonbinary queer students, and we value respect, communication, cleanliness, and inclusivity. We’re looking for someone who is considerate, easygoing, and interested in contributing to a positive shared living environment.
