Available for rent on the second floor of a cozy mixed-gender house, with possible move-in dates in July or August 2026.

The second floor functions as a private suite and includes:

• Furnished open-concept bedroom/living space
• Kitchenette
• Private three-quarter bathroom (shower, no bathtub)
• Two large windows with excellent natural light

The house is accessed through a shared main entrance, with a locked door separating the second floor from the rest of the house for additional privacy.

We’re looking for a single tenant who is clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces and others’ property.

The house has a lot of character. It is an older home, so occasional everyday sounds from other floors are to be expected, but everyone in the house is considerate and respectful of each other’s space.

• Shared washer and dryer in the basement
• Full access to a large backyard
• Street parking directly in front of the house

Location Located in Eastwood, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from Coliseum Station, directly across from a bus stop, and close to the police station and emergency services. About 5 minutes by car from Concordia University and 15 minutes by car from University of Alberta.
