it is a quiet corner apartment with a friendly staff that cleans and does maintence, I am close to alot of stores, restraunts and trails so amazing for walking.

Their are no set parking spots so you can park anywheres you like, just past our apartment is a stair case to two entrances and the laundry room is on the 3rd floor just above us.

the room is a decent size and very quiet, the apartment has carpet as the floors and is mostly furnished right now.

Also you will have to sit down with the land lord so she can approve you.

I work night shift at a sobeys down the hill so am gone most nights but in my spare time am a gamer who mostly is at my computer in my room.

i like to keep the place clean and quiet and very rarely have people over.
